Was Krauss-Maffei macht um einen kundenzentrierten Ansatz in ein skalierbares Geschäftsmodell umwandelt und warum eine digitales Denkweise für ein „traditionelles“ B2B-Unternehmen so wichtig ist, erklärte Volker Granz, VP Customer Excellence bei Krauss-Maffei, in seinem Vortrag „How to scale (digital) Business Models?

Since 2019 Volker Ganz is heading the Customer Excellence organization within KraussMaffei Digital & Service Solutions Division. As part of his responsibilities he is in charge for Global Product and Portfolio Management team for new Digital Products, lifecycle Service Products and their Business Models. As globally scaling (Digital) Business Models is the ‘renaissance’ of Business Process Management, his task is furthermore to take care and drive with his team Global Service Process Excellence at KraussMaffei. Coming from PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting and IBM Volker Ganz spend many years in various industries and positions within Siemens Service Business. Before joining KraussMaffei he was heading the Siemens Corporate Research Center for Innovation Management including Business Model Design & Implementation.
